Development of test level
Parallel to the study, I created a Counter-Strike level to use for testing and implementation of the visual cues.
Presented here are all the versions of the layout that were tested through multiple playtests. Each round of testing generated feedback that directly informed the changes made in the following iteration. This continuous cycle of evaluation and refinement shaped the layout into its current version.
My main focus as a level designer is gameplay; however, this is the first level where I seriously explored decoration and artwork.
